Industrial Spray Painter
Custom NEMA Enclosure manufacturer in Ashippun, WI seeking to hire a hard-working individual for a full-time position. 1st shift hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Overtime available at peak times.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for preparing parts for wet spray paint application.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prep parts- sanding/pressure washing and hanging parts
  • Prepare and apply primers/paints using HVLP pressure pots
  • Coordinate Jobs- parts and equipment schedules
  • Operate/Maintain/Organize Paint shop equipment and supplies
  • Good communication skills and great attitude.
  • Maintain understanding and control of inventory
  • Operate as a team player, effectively communicating and working with production supervisor and others.
  • Maintain and support a safe, clean work environment by complying with all company standards.
  • Must have an “eye for detail” to continuously improve on quality, productivity and growth objectives
  • May be asked to perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
  • Ability to solve practical problems using reasoning and decision-making skills to ensure quality work
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, takes initiative, and works with a sense of urgency to meet or exceed production and quality goals.
  • Must have time management skills to meet production demands.

Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in role preferred
  • Steel toe shoes required
  • Must be able to lift and manipulate up to 35 pounds on a frequent basis
  • Must be able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds using team lifting techniques on an occasional basis
  • Must be able to work for 7 to 9 hours per day without sitting

Compensation:
Competitive pay range per hour depending on qualifications.

Sheet Metal Welder

This position is responsible for fit-up and welding of light gauge sheet steel using .035 Mig wire.

  • Other job details include fabrication, sawing, and assembly. Ability to operate hand/air tools and electric grinders.

  • Read, interpret, and follow basic schematics, drawings and bill of material
  • Handle punch and die installation and set up
  • Knowledge of various types of material and forming calculations
  • Perform routine maintenance and maintain schedule
  • Efficiently pick necessary components and materials for forming
  • Handle, Lift and move material/inventory from stock location to fabrication area
  • Maintain understanding and control of CNC equipment
  • Use and understand basic computer programs and features, math and reading skills
  • Operate certified equipment after appropriate training
  • Operate as a team player, effectively communicating and working with production supervisor and others
  • Maintain and support a safe, clean work environment by complying with all company standards
